It says it can't be combined with other promotions so might be risking them not shopping the impact if you use code. Maybe someone can vouch

It shows that it doesn't remove the impact wrench in the cart when you apply the coupon. I purchased the 12.0 combo pack with the free grinder from Northern Tool using the same promo and received the battery pack and the free grinder today. Hope this one works as well

When i add the 12.0 bat and charger, it shows free shipping and free impact under it in cart.
Didnt add any code.
But i dont need any if these tools. Would be nice though

Lots of people on the last Northern Tool deal got the two promos to stack. Northern Tool also cancelled a lot of orders. So not a lot of people happy with that.

What is an impact like this good for?

For car stuff, I've been using the medium impact gun, and it has an insane amount of power (did hub nuts, engine mounts, transmission bolts with no issues, as well as smaller things on the setting where it can loosen and tighten with barely torque-ing down so you can finish off with a ratchet or torque it to spec), and everything else I used the extended electric ratchet.

Is there some medium ground (at least for car stuff) that I'm missing that I could benefit from?

Is this wrench a fuel impact wrench? Not seeing anything on the site that specifies the model. only the Slickdeals post says it's the fuel version.
