Can never buy from this site... tried paypal, incognito guest paypal, and a couple of credit cards.
Always says transaction is suspicious and fails.

Yes, I redeemed it on my phone using PIA VPN. I changed PIA VPN to Argentina, clicked on OP's link to redeem and it worked. While redeeming my account showed up as North America, and it still worked. Hope this works for you as well.
