The ones around me were not (yet) marked down to clearance prices. Hope someone else has better luck at their Lowe's!

What is going on with Lowes on store pickup orders? It takes 7~14 days for them to get orders ready for pickup? A couple of months ago I placed an order and had to wait for almost two weeks before they sent me the ready-for-pickup email. I don't know how they are still in business.
Update: 7/8
Called the store and found out that the store did not have the batteries when I placed the order. Then they had to ship them from another location using FedEx. It won't get to the store until 7/14. Wow, that is good customer service, but bad business operation.

happened to me on a couple items. drove 60mi round trip the last time for some sets of 25cents door hinges. couldnt find any at that store with more than 75 instock according to bs. then a couple weeks later. everythings back to full price of $6 each. then all stores suddently are back to full instock.
