TW1 has been free with GOG Galaxy for a while now. Just set a reminder to download the client once you're back home, and enjoy the weekend. Smilie

Side note: I just finished the first Witcher game, and I really enjoyed it. Yes, the fighting technique is kind of clunky, and there's a lot of time that can be wasted grinding monsters to level up or repetitively betting and boxing to earn tons of money that you'll likely never use in the game. But the story is really well written with great characters. The choices you make DO make a real difference in the game. It also has a few really great unexpected twists at the end!

I almost felt guilty playing it for free (from a previous similar deal). But they got a bit of money from me for the second and third games - which are also on sale for $3 and $10 respectively this week.

i have claimed free GOG games on web browser before.

The linked site says nothing about having to wait until the actual WitcherCon to get the Witcher 1 Enhanced Edition game. It's the other extras that aren't free until the virtual con starts. The linked page says that you get the game free after you install the GOG Galaxy App. I'm pretty sure that that means now.

And also I bought Witcher 3 Game of Year Edition, it's truly a masterpiece with terrific storyline. I played it for free when I was young and broke, but now it's time to pay for the respect towards CDPR. Great game, great producer, worth every penny.

These are gwent cards from the online stand alone game not the witcher 3 gwent.

This is gwent stand alone game not witcher 3 gwent. Played both witcher 3 gwent and this one. Honestly this is better but some people prefer classic gwent. I just feel this is more competitive

Boy this one is clunky BUT for a fanboy of the Witcher it's a must! Same with TW2. I actually think TW1 and TW2 actually have better plots than 3, but you have to deal with the clunk to see em
