This Dell system would be a great fit, for home, office, students, coders, CAD, miners, video editors, graphic designers, and even casual gamers. Pretty much everyone except hardcore PC gamer enthusiast that like to build and maintain their own high-end $2000+ systems.
We have 3 of the G5 systems reviewed in that Gamers Nexus video. Ours have GTX1660 graphics cards, 10400F, 500w PS, 16GB ram, and a clean install of Windows 10. All are performing very well and we have not seen any heat or performance issues. My kids play the newest games on them daily (Doom Eternal, Call of Duty Modern Warfare, Madden, HOI4, ect.) While simultaneously having YouTube open, a couple web pages, and messenger programs. I feel as though the build quality was quite good for the price I paid. I could not be more satisfied with our purchase.
If you are just an normal person (like 98% of the population) that wants to get a good deal on a good PC that will probably never be opened, and the only real maintenance you do is reinstall Windows ever couple of years to clean the system up. Then this system is perfect for you, and will serve you well for many years to come.

Toms hardware ranks the 3060 higher but gpu.userbenchmarks does have the 2060S I think 5 or 8% better scores. As long as you don't want overclock, upgradeability, and don't mind probably less than peak performance for the hardware, these kinds of prebuilts still do all the same shit almost as well.

I bought an ASUS with 3070 two weeks ago for same price at Best buy but returned because it over heats and basically case was crap.We have 3 of the G5 systems reviewed in that Gamers Nexus video. Most big name (Acer, Apple, Asus, Dell, HP, Lenovo, ect..) budget pre-built computers like this come with propriety cases, PSU, and motherboards now a days. Everything else are standard size parts (CPU, drives, fans, graphics cards, RAM, ect..) and can be easily upgraded/replaced/swapped.

New video cards are hard to come by, an actual new RTX 2060 would be $900 from trusted retailers and $600 on ebay (who knows what you are going to get, fake cards and used mining cards are flooding ebay)
Of course you need the skill set to assemble and troubleshoot it, and then there is the fun of chasing RMAs for broken/wrong parts. You see if you do not have a bunch spare parts laying around you may not know which part you got is bad.
