Serious question: Been looking at headphones, not sure what features this headphones has that makes it at this price point. Is the sound that much better than a $200/$300? What else does this have that makes it double or more some of the ones that have been well reviewed?

This is true. I return Bose 700 and kept these. These sounds way better

This kind of trolling ruins sites like these. The AirPods Max have the best noise canceling, best transparency mode, best sound quality, and best build quality of consumer targeted wireless headphones. I'm not sure why you get so emotional over products or companies. This is objectively a good product. This is a good price for this product. Is the product offering the value everyone wants out of a wireless headphone? Maybe not, but paying a premium to get everything the best overall product offers is hardly new. I have $1400 headphones that I'm stuck to a desk with and I have these for wireless duty. They make working from home much more enjoyable.

I think it's pretty funny they put out spatial music, but did away with their earphone jack. Put out high end Bluetooth but that can't take can't Advantage of the lossless music...I guess in five generations they'll either give us jack back or do away with spatial

When you hear from AirPods Max with spatial audio compare to Sony 1000xm3. This one is much better.

You're thinking of lossless. Spatial works fine over Bluetooth, and is really quite extraordinary to experience.
