Honestly with instant pot clones regularly listing for $30 (insignia brand from best buy off the top of my head since I purchased that one) it's cheaper to buy a 2nd if you want a non stick pot..for $15 more you get a backup cooker..I prefer my stainless steel pot. It's making a gallon and 1/2 of tea right now using only 2 family size tea bags (4 minutes cook time).....it gets great results and since it keeps the tea under a "boil" you don't get any bitter taste. err sorry got sidetracked there.
*update* Correction....frontpage currently has the insignia for $25 @ Best Buy
Concept of pressure and ceramic don't mix well for me when the default is stainless steel...but apparently it works?
"May not be compatible to electric pressure cooker"
...except when it doesn't?
It's a poorly worded description, for sure. This thing to me looks good as an insert for cooking rice, as it has a non-stick coating. Thats what I'd get it for, anyways.

Thank you. This is interesting. I currently use (4) 6 oz. bags in a 2 qt. Mr. Coffee Ice Tea Maker and always feel like I'm wasting tea. When I take the bags out and let the bags soak longer it gets bitter. I thought I would ask: do you use the 6 oz. Luzianne family bags? I know family size was huge in the 1980's when sun tea was all the rage.

As Bartles and James first said "Drink all you want. We'll make more."
