I spent like 20 minutes going down the review rabbit hole, for $60 its a fair price, but youre getting what you pay for, older lower end sensor. Also personally ive had issues with Aukey products in the past, they kind of jumped on the Anker wagon but with lower quality and lower prices.

Can you recommend an alternative, only the aukey or similar chinese brands came on sale for around this price

For what it's worth, I have the dr02 in 2x different vehicles for past few years, got for $43 each which about matches current discount price for that version on keepon.

Honestly, for the price, I think they have been fantastic. They have supercap, lasted through New England winters, cooking in summer, and captured several accidents (none involving me yet), and each time the video out of this has been critical element with cops and insurance.

The quality isn't 4k, but has always been more than good enough for this need and can read license plates no problem. It's certainly much better video quality than the knockoff webcam I had to settle on early during pandemic.

I would have no hesitation recommending at this price, though admittedly can't speak for the keeypon website.
