I think this brand was kicked off the Amazon for giving "incentives" for positive reviews so now they're trying to do their own thing probably

This is off their website "About Us"; I'm pretty sure the warranty will still be honored.

Aukey will not honor the warranty. Not that they would anyway since they've been booted from Bezosland.

I would not trust this site. Whois hidden by Godaddy.

Agreed. They're taking their profits to make a tech store and try to pressure Amazon into letting them back on Amazon instead.

I spent like 20 minutes going down the review rabbit hole, for $60 its a fair price, but youre getting what you pay for, older lower end sensor. Also personally ive had issues with Aukey products in the past, they kind of jumped on the Anker wagon but with lower quality and lower prices.

Can you recommend an alternative, only the aukey or similar chinese brands came on sale for around this price

For what it's worth, I have the dr02 in 2x different vehicles for past few years, got for $43 each which about matches current discount price for that version on keepon.

Honestly, for the price, I think they have been fantastic. They have supercap, lasted through New England winters, cooking in summer, and captured several accidents (none involving me yet), and each time the video out of this has been critical element with cops and insurance.

The quality isn't 4k, but has always been more than good enough for this need and can read license plates no problem. It's certainly much better video quality than the knockoff webcam I had to settle on early during pandemic.

I would have no hesitation recommending at this price, though admittedly can't speak for the keeypon website.

I bought the DR02D mentioned by OP and the 65W dual-port PD charger ($23 w/ discount).

I have never had any issues with my Aukey items. Of the items on sale I have owned the PB-WL02 since Feb and love it outside of having to have the phone centered perfectly for wireless charging.

I will post back if my order goes bad.

Who else remembers when your standard dashcams were $30-40 shipped? What happened to the prices? I think they just raised the price floor and took the profits.
