Oh there are different kinds? I didn't pay attention if they said Store CPN at the top. The register wouldn't take them. First I was told I couldn't use them on products by same manufacturer. 2nd try on products from different manufacturer and the register still won't take them and manager had to override manually. That's why I'm not sure if what she told me was accurate or not.
And, you can use ONLY 1 Store Cpn per transaction (and it does not need a filler item).

Multiple MQ RR may be used in a transaction but make sure that there is an item with no coupon for this RR to attach to.

What she told you was inaccurate. You can use them on products by the same manufacture. I think she may have gotten it confused with using a RR to buy the same item and not earning a new RR. For example, this week Colgate is giving a RR. If you bought some and earned RR and then turned around and bought some more Colgate and used the RR you just earned to pay for it, you would not earn another RR. Not exactly sure why yours didn't work today.

There are 2 different kinds of RR, one that says Manufacture CPN and the other says Store CPN and they work differently. The ones that say Manufacture are traditional RR. You can use them on most items. The only thing is that you have to have an item for them to attach to. Meaning, for example, if you were purchasing 2 items and those 2 items each had a coupon, you couldn't use a RR because the number of coupons has to be equal to or less than the number of items. You add what is called a filler item. That's just something cheap for the RR to attach to. Multiple RR can be used in a transaction as long as there are enough items for each one to have something to attach to. The one drawback to regular RR is when you are trying to use digital qs because RR can sometimes attach to that item and prevent dq from coming off.
Store RR are similar to redeeming Wags Cash. Like I mentioned earlier, only one can be used per transaction. If you are trying to do a spend deal, you have to reach the amount after Store RR redemption.

Thanks you two. I'm just going to ignore it and keep deal sharing. Speaking of, the children's sensimist nasal spray is 90% off so 1.89. Also wags brand nighttime cold & flu 16ct $2.xx B1G150%off.

For Manufacture CPN, so if I buy a Kleenex that has a store coupon already, can I still use MCPN or do I need to add a filler in order to use the MCPN?

Thank you both for the explanation. Yes, I read on someone's blog that I cannot do a deal and then use the RR to repeat the same deal like in your Colgate example but I thought it would be fine if the deals are for different weeks. The manager's excuse was that I used it on the day it was expiring but I was there around noon, not like 11:59PM so I thought that didn't make sense.

You can use a store coupon and manufacture's coupon on 1 item. No need for a filler. Just make sure your store coupon is actually a store coupon. Some of the digital coupons are manufacture's and some are store. I am looking at my account and I have dq for $1 off Kleenex bundle. It is a digital manufacture's q so I could use it (or a paper mq if I had one) and I also see $1.25 store q so I could use that as well without a filler.

I'm going to jump in here and say I have had the same experience of rr not working on the day they expire. The first time I shrugged it off but it happened again on Saturday and the cashier tried to tell me it already expired. She tried to keep it and I had to ask for a manager. He eventually pushed it through but it was a struggle. I have seen scattered reports online of others having the same issue. I don't know what causes it but I do know it happens. I have tried to use them the day before expiration to be safe. (Also, mine was a p&g rr and I have issues with their manu. Coupons on the day they expire too after noonish)

I wonder if they are programmed to expire exactly 14 days from the time they are earned. I can see timestamps on the edges of mine. Maybe the system sees them as expired after whatever time you made your purchase vs expiring at 11:59 on the date of expiration.Dontknow

It depends. If the RR says Manufacture CPN at the top, then yes you can use it towards your spend. If it says Store CPN at the top, then no because it works like store money/credit and that amount counts against your total.

I had a problem with a manu cou coming up expired on the day it was set to expire. It sounds like wags has programmed their registers to not take coupons the day they expire.

I didn't know about that but I will take a look and definitely pay attention. Sure would help.

I have noticed that too lately, my issues seem to be after 12 noon. (To be honest I'm probably not out on saturdays before then so could all day idk). It's annoying regardless.
