I actually use these. Tip: there's a small jelly like lubricant inside the tip. You can take it out and rub it all over the sensitive areas. Then put on the condom. Wait like 3-5 minutes beforehand and you're good to go.

You can find 100 packs of reputable brand condoms on eBay/Amazon for around $10-$15 anytime, although not necessarily these in particular. Crown, Lifestyles and Caution Wear immediately come to mind.
