I got scammed too. Just got off chatting with a customer service agent. They will send email a return label so that I can FEDEX the brush head back to them. Luckily, I paid with Paypal so I can also get free return through Paypal.

Worth it just for the net. Pool stuff is always so expensive, and ours definitely needs replacing.

I have a brush just like this about 2 1/2 years old. The bristles seem to fall out. No harsh chemicals… salt water chlorinated fiberglass pool. Bags of salt only and stabilizer. So not sure if this one will as well.

We just plan on replacing these cheap brushes annually.

Yep, bought one last winter, $103 shipped for 50 lbs of tabs. I am milking them, trying to get through the summer without buying more, haha.

You will need the vacuum tube too if you don't have.
