I got scammed too. Just got off chatting with a customer service agent. They will send email a return label so that I can FEDEX the brush head back to them. Luckily, I paid with Paypal so I can also get free return through Paypal.

Even though these are on the "cheaper" side for quality, this is a good deal. I needed a new pole also, so thank you. In for 1 set to keep as backup. Yes the plastic bristles do not last more than a year or 2 on these brushes.

I second buying Chorine at Sams club its $99/ 40 lbs. (free shipping too!) But yeah prices have gone way up.

I've had the same issue but it is usually because my Ph is too low. If I have low Ph, I will still get some small algae growth despite a high chlorine level

My pool is opposite, PH is too high, I had to add MURIATIC ACID to low the pH, but nowadays the acid price skyrocketed.
the only functional chlorine for me, it is 'Pooltime " brand, but 25lbs bucket costs near $89 now from HomeDepot vs. last year price $59

Brought 2. Good deal. Decent reviews.

Don't need pool vacuum as I have both Polaris pool side cleaner as well as robotic cleaner. Price for brush and net alone is justified at this price.

Hope 2 sets will last few years. Thanks OP!

thanks OP, my pool thanks you also. I am also quite thankful that I stocked up on chlorine tabs when sams club had them on sale for bf, still have plenty for a few years still
