I got scammed too. Just got off chatting with a customer service agent. They will send email a return label so that I can FEDEX the brush head back to them. Luckily, I paid with Paypal so I can also get free return through Paypal.

This so called bundle seems to just be a shady way of listing the vacuum head. Mine shipped and only appears to be the head. 1 Item is not a bundle and everything on the page points to 3 items.

I call foul.

Shows $9.99 shipping for me. Still not a horrible deal though not sure I want to pay 40% more for shipping.

Update: At the final check out screen the shipping was credited.

You're the second person today who mentioned that. Hope that the head is being shipped separately for some reason and other items will follow. It was clearly showing either 3 or 4 items…

What I mean by that is first pic showed brush, net and vacuum head. Second pic showed a different vacuum head.
