I got scammed too. Just got off chatting with a customer service agent. They will send email a return label so that I can FEDEX the brush head back to them. Luckily, I paid with Paypal so I can also get free return through Paypal.

Received my item today and it's just the pool vacuum. Looks like they are baiting us and sending the wrong product. I contacted them via chat and they asked me to send the screenshot of my order page showing the bundle and email to [email protected]

Check your order confirmation emails, if anything you use them to dispute it. My order confirmation email lists:

Vinyl Liner Vacuum Head

as 2 separate items having been ordered.

If anything else, I will dispute with paypal.
I also ordered 2 nets after this order and they have shipped so maybe there was a mix-up somewhere and they are holding all orders of this bundle until it is cleared up.

The description on the page also lists: Our bundle includes an 18" aluminum handled, nylon brush, aluminum handled leaf net with plastic guard, and curved vacuum head.

Prices of many things have gone up this year. Have you seen the price of lumber? Food is more expensive too. Look at bacon, for example. As many folks have posted in this thread, chlorine tablets are much more now than last year. I bought a 50# bucket of 3" tablets at the end of 2019 for $90 shipped. Even at Sam's Club they want $99 for 40# right now..

Agreed. The problem is that we all have confirmation emails that reflect the bundle, so they will eventually have to figure out if they want us all to contest the charge via our credit card companies, or if they will just process refunds. They should have just cancelled all the orders instead of spending the money to ship something most people will now try to return. I chatted with an agent who confirmed it was just the vacuum head, and that they would allow me to return it for free. But I'm not holding my breath that they will honor that.

I placed 2 orders of the bundle and also just got the 1 vacuum head delivered so far. Customer service is no help, I'll probably have to dispute both charges with my credit card

Same here. Only received a vinyl liner vacuum head and no bundle. Online Order History clearly shows bundle and email shows it as well. Customer service is of no help and keep saying on their end it only shows the vacuum head item number not bundle item number.

Update: Speaking with customer service on the phone they say there is an issue with their website and the net/brush is not available even though it will allow you to purchase. They are unsure when new stock will arrive so they have asked to send me a return label for my entire order. They will not refund my money until they receive the items back and that will take 5-7 business days AFTER they get them checked back in their warehouse. What a scam!
