I got scammed too. Just got off chatting with a customer service agent. They will send email a return label so that I can FEDEX the brush head back to them. Luckily, I paid with Paypal so I can also get free return through Paypal.

Like everyone else all i got was a Vacuum head and none of the other items. Reached out to the costumer support team and the person i chatted with says they will put in a ticket and get back to me.

Received a full refund after contacting customer service for a second time through the website chat feature,

So I ordered the bundle and three o-rings for my filter and pump drains. Sent in three different packages. As we know, the bundle is just the vacuum head. Customer service said they cannot ship the brush and net, which is total bs. Regarding the o-rings, one of the packages has the hand written part number on it. Only one of the other two o-rings is the correct part number. Man, they really screwed the pooch on this one. At first they wanted me to return all the items for a refund. I asked to speak with a supervisor and they just decided to refund the entire order. I waited on line until I received the email confirmation that the order was refunded from Paypal. What a mess...

Chatting with the customer service and he said the brush & net is out of stock which I think it's a lie as they still listed the bundle as avail for reg price. He said I will be receiving the label to ship them back for full refund.

I see, main reason you only receive a Vinyl Liner Vacuum Head with a order total $14.29, is because other item/s became out of stock. However if you a not satisfied with that order, I can assist you in refund.

I guess everyone is having this problem. I noticed that my order confirmation email on 7/11 shows the bundle and the vacuum. Price for vacuum show "n/a".

The next day I got an email saying order has shipped, but now it only shows the vacuum. Very shady.

I sent and email but no response yet. I'll try the chat on the website. Very disappointing.

Used Chat option on website. Took 3 minutes from clicking chat to issue refund & be done, Dont have to return. Got an Email that refund was processed through PayPal within 20 minutes.

I only got the vaccum head. other items OUT Of stock and according to customer service, was never part of the DEAL... this wasn't a deal at all. Plastic vaccum heads could be cheaper than this actually... No Good.
