I completed all my offers for $60 in eGift Cards so I guess we'll see in about 23 days what happens.
I saved the chat, here's the good part:

I'd like to think that since the T&C don't mention purchase minimums for Scan & Go and curbside pickup, they shouldn't apply.
I have a couple questions about the online order offer. Firstly, the terms don't mention $40 before taxes or shipping, so I figure it's just the final cost after those. Sound right? I've got my eye on something that does have $5 shipping but I can get to $40 after shipping+taxes by adding a filler item. Of course if ordering GCs isn't ineligible then that's the way to go.
Secondly, the online order offer specifies, "Place your first online order of $40+..." but I did actually order a Lowe's GC (> $40) with ship to home last November. So, I presume that this deal wouldn't apply to my account even though the e-mail offered it to me. Did anyone else get this offer even if they've done a $40+ online order shipped to home previously?
For curbside and scan & go, it's time for some oats, salmon, and hummus. :p
Can gift cards be purchased for the offers?
Shipping is so expensive. Not sure if I will place an on-line order. Pay 10.00 shipping to get 20.00 ecard.
