31.5 should be at $17 each. i got a couple. worths for that much max. dont pay any more than $17 for the tall size. shorter version should be $15 at most.

There was a deal 2 months ago for $17 but I don't see it for that price anywhere . Where are you seeing $17 dollar or $15 dollar today ?

This thing isn't worth 10. It's made out of PVC plastic, and a sort of "Foam" feeling one. Very light and cheap looking. Tips over even touching it, unless you screw it to the wall. It just feels nasty.

they arent that bad. they are some little touch to my bathrooms. great looking.
