They seem to be clearing out all the 2020 Frame models. My store had 50" for $799.97 and 55" for $1050.97. I snagged an open box 50" for $499 that included a 5 year warranty this weekend.

Nice! Where do Costco's put their open box stock? Is is near the electronic section?

At my store (SF Bay Area / Concord), it was in their electronics section with the rest of the TVs (some were on the floor, some were up). They had the two frame models plus one other Samsung open box; I took their only 50", not sure inventory on other models. I was prepared to pay a lot more but it seems my procrastination paid off (although if this was a main TV, I'd likely opt for the newer model for the better HDMI 2.1 implementation).

Nope, although it does include a flush wall mount. For bevels, I have to imagine they're fairly niche so I think your best bet is either Samsung or an authorized partner (there's some amazing looking third party ones although they are pricey).
