Tempting, but the previous deal for thr regular A7R IV for 2289 was better IMO since it is essentially thr same camera. The new camera screen is not worth $350 more.

Even though it shows up on that page, there doesn't seem to be deal pricing for the a7iii. A7c for $1888 with 28-60mm lens looks pretty good.

I was planning on waiting for the a7iv to drop to decide if I'll get the a7iv or a7iii (hopefully on discount), but the a7ii is very tempting at this price point.

I wouldn't go with any of the ii level bodies. Wait for the IV.

You're talking to someone who's still on the Nikon D5300 so any of these Sonys will be an upgrade.

Agreed to get anything starting at iii. The biggest improvement IMO is a ton more battery life. I shoot an A7Rii and love it but I chew through batteries like nobody's business.
