I have an older version and I've been using it for years. Not sure if they've fixed it in this version, but make sure to open/close the water tank fill cap before and after each use to relieve the tank pressure. On my version if you don't eventually the cap will crack and your tank will leak. They sent me free replacement caps though.

Otherwise makes cleaning floors super easy.

Wow. There's really no one offering cash back on this Walmart category (Home)?

Any difference between the white model (1940W) and gray (19405) other than color? I noticed 19405 is listed as a pound heavier, for some reason

I have Pergo MAX = laminate flooring. Can I use this on my floors? I started using the Bissell 1806 steam mop on my flooring and so far seems good.

The warranty states they cover lifetime under following conditions like this one: "the floor will resist damage from moisture due to damp mopping and everyday spills when removed promptly"

I've been using an older version for years as well on engineered with mixed glue-down and non glued hardwood. I've noticed no problems with my floors so far ....may even buy another for when the first one dies.
