Subway apparently closed a lot of stores today to train their workers for a new menu overhaul. A lot of articles online say they're giving away a million sandwiches tomorrow to promote the new menu.

This might be my own local store, but they didn't toast my sandwich when it clearly said toasted on the recept. They were missing a few items on my sandwich and no swiss cheese or wheat bread selection. I think subway has gone downhill. Definitely not getting subway at this location anymore.

Should the worker have reported to their supervisor that prices should be raised because the price in the restaurant was lower than the coupon price? I would have just taken the lower price and ran with it since it was better than what you were expecting.

Probably depends on the location. The owner etc, our store has had the mozzarella for a few weeks. It costs $2 extra for the mozzarella also. The avocado just changed from premade packet guacamole to packet avocado. Neither of which are fresh.
