Worst quality clothes on the market. Back in the day I purchased thousands of dollars of shirts from them. They were the only place you could get neon colored dress shirts. They either all faded, fell apart, shrunk, or incredibly wrinkled to the point I couldn't wear them anymore within a year of purchasing.
Unless you're wanting something to wear once I would stay far far away.

Considering I have 100 other shirts that have lasted 10+ years I'd argue it has nothing to do with washing routine and more to do with how poorly and cheaply the clothing is made. A cheap non wrinkle Stafford or JF shirt from Jcpenny is superior in everyway.

That is exactly how I felt about them. While their clothes always fit the best I haven't purchased anything in a long time due to quality of fabrics.

Is it still that bad? They seem to talk about new fabrics, etc. which makes me want to go back and try the shirts.

Given i wear slacks every work day i didn't like the cotton but i moved to the wool and poly and these work great for me and have kept the black color over the years

Shirts would perhaps be part of your washing routine

Buy their underwear, t shirts, and socks. All other stuff is very thin, poorly dyed, and looses its shape.

I've tried all of their pants, shirts, ties, etc and will only buy socks, underwear, and performance dress shirts.

+1 to this; I knew someone who worked at Express who hooked me up with employee discounts and I also ended getting a few thousand dollars worth of clothes. The quality is on par (or arguably worse) than Forever21.

Even with employee discounts on top of whatever "sale" - it's still not worth it. I've since graduated to Banana Republic non-iron shirts are my primary go to dress shirts. Much better quality and many of these BR shirts have lasted for several+ years.

I agree Banana Republic non-iron shirts are nice. Pretty expensive though unless you have an outlet or find them on clearance. One year I found a deal for $5 a shirt. I bought all I could. They are the best shirts I own. Very sturdy material.

Fudge express. Wife and I spent hrs to add items to the cart worth over $500 about 32 items or so. The order went thru and got an order confirmation and everything. Since I ordered late and didn't check email until morning. So morning came around and no email order confirmation. I called them and said they said that it now became a ghost order because they couldn't find it in the system. Furthermore, they said there is a max of 20 items per order. Wtf ??? Where does on the website said that and why there is a limit. What a dumb ass checkout system. I'm so fed up… we gradually migrated to H&M and Zara. Those are Euro size but we'll get used to it.
