Anyone else unable to login to WOOT via Amazon

Woot!
I've contacted both WOOT! and Amazon about this issue without either of them being able to resolve it. When I attempt to sign-in to WOOT via Amazon, Amazon never sends the OTP to my email.
I've tried via the ap, desktop, mobile and incognito. I will receive an OTP via text, enter it and then it asks for one that was sent via email. I never receive the email. The email address is correct. It's not going to my spam or junk mail file.
Amazon and WOOT! are blaming each other for the issue.
All I want is the free shipping that I'm paying for!
