Will it blend!? That's the question! Don't breathe this!
You just pour a cup of water in and a dash of dish soap and run the pulse...instantly cleaned.
Just need to do it immediately after making a blend.
Just got mine from the same deal a few weeks ago. It works great for our purpose of making basic smoothies.

Were upgrading from our ninja and happy to not have to clean sharp blades anymore.

sharp is an overstatement. cleaning them is definitely annoying though.

That was the best marketing ever! Every time I see that jar I just remember the first generation iPhone blended to dust!

Agreed. 'Sharp' was a relative term.

I used to fill mine with soapy water and let the blender do the work. But I had the old Ninja with the 3 tier blades.

I purchased this last time and have owned a blendtec for half a decade that I have since passed on to a neighbor.

One of the big advantages of blendtec is the fact that they only use twin blades - this allows for much easier access around the blades with soap and water when cleaning and washing versus the four-blade setup of Vitamix

This is a phenomenal deal.

⭐ ⭐ ✨ ✨ ⭐

People hunt around for Vitamix or blendtec refurbs and often spend a lot more than this brand new one

repped.... thank you for sharing!

In the good old days you used to be able to buy a base from EBay or the like and the warranty transferred. And if you did receive a bad one they would repair it for free as long as it was within the 7 year window. I would buy a base for 30 or 40 bucks, send it in and they would repair it or send you a refurbished base. Long story short you could get a complete unit for around $120-140. But to not go through all that I would pay this price. It's a solid blender from a solid company. I can't speak on the customer service now since I haven't sent one in since 2016.
Vitamix customer service was equally as good. Both were 7 or 8 years but I think they reduced them. If you're ready to INVEST in a good blender, you can't go wrong with this one. If you can find a Vitamix at this price (you won't unless you do the above) that's a fine blender as well.

Got this for 200 dollars awhile back and it's been working well for the last year. I use it about 3-4 times a week and still going strong.

Been a user of this for last 4 years.
Best appliance I have ever owned.
I use this for green smoothie everyday
I prefer this over vitamin for no sharp blades.
I just clean it using water and hand after making smoothie. It takes 30 seconds

I recommend wholeheartedly!!

How comparable is this to vitamix? I abuse my vitamix, motor starting to make different noises when blending difficult things so been trying to be easier. Would rather get a deal since non refurb deals are so few and far between, and after having vitamix 5200, def don't want that(my daily is vitamix professional 550 model that I love) But 90oz versus 64oz of vitamix sounds appealing, and only 3 speeds sounds appealing too. I either need slow, kind of fast, or chop the f*ck out of shit. Does this liquify stuff well and not leave smoothies real gritty?

Also can it make nut butters? If not could always use vitamix for that, have dry goods container
