Costco has the Arlo Pro 3 camera system on clearance. 3 camera bundle. Item# 1224973. Price: $299.97

According to inventory screen membership staff showed me on the computer, most stores in the SF Bay area have 0-2 in stock. Notable was the Antioch, CA store with 28 units on hand.
So definitely YMMV

This is exactly my plan. Just ordered a 2TB USB drive to plug into the Arlo hub.

Not true for this anymore. Their software is so slow and detection is not very good. Their subscription is costly and not offering much compared with nest cam.

I bought and returned mine for eufy for free cloud storage

Eufy is amazing for the price point. Their 2K indoor cam goes on sale often for $25-30 and offers HomeKit support, but I've found their native app has better AI/motion detecting notifications. There's even support to record to a NAS instead of a microSD.

I'm very impressed with the amount of free features you get at such a low price point, in the form of a 2K quality camera. My biggest gripe is that the app's UI can be a little wonky (can't get to the playback video options in landscape).

What about the eufy 2c

Since there are many versions of there and I've been reading about then the only versions that seem to go on sale are 2c

I heard it was even worse then my Blink system which at least has local recording via usb stick, so no monthly fee after the cloud free trial ended.

Which Eufy indoor can goes on sale for $25-30? I bought the Eufy 2k wired doorbell with wireless Chime but haven't found Eufy indoor cams at the price point you mention

This one: https://www.amazon.com/eufy-Secur...08571VZ3Q/

Looking at my invoice, I bought a pair of these for $28 each back in Nov 2020. I wouldn't be surprised if there was a Black Friday deal for them, so i might be worth waiting another month or two.

Thanks OP. Just got the last one at my Costco for $245. Call them and ask them to see if they have one. If they do, be persistent and ask them to check if it is in a for sale condition. 1 in inventory doesn't always mean no go.
