Update: Apparently Lowe's stopped selling Black&Decker (salesman reffered B&D as discontinued) and sell most of its B&D stock with 50-80% discount. Whatever they have in stock - all dirt cheap. There was no drill, but they had something better - set of drill, electric saw and circular saw for $35 instead of $180
Look up on the shelves - if you see anything - ask for a ladder
