My last order in May included this clear whey isolate since I wanted to try it. Unfortunately, the order was delayed for an entire month before it was unexpectedly cancelled. I reached out to Customer Service to ask why they cancelled my order. I finally got a response a week later that said my order wasn't cancelled and they would look into it, but it's been 2 weeks and they haven't responded. I checked their site and each item was listed as in stock. Really disappointed that my 3 items got cancelled by the company and was never given an explanation.

Does this stuff mix like regular protein powder or is it more like Gatorade mix? I'm wary to make another order attempt of this stuff given the poor customer service practices.

Just send another message on their website. You can either do it through the specific order or scroll down to message center and send that way. I usually never have any issues but last time I ordered 8 Clear Whey-20servings and only received 2. Filled out the form. They were pretty responsive until it got to the one department which was responsible for approval/sending the replacements. Waited a week, sent another message and got all 8 in the end.

This is a pretty good deal. I was able to get 8 for $60 like a month ago but…that was hands down best deal I've seen across the range of products.

Are these 2 lb tubs? If so, $30 for 6 lbs is an incredible price. Anyone know which flavors are best? I had 2 samples (can't remember the flavors) and it was really good and mixed great.

I've tried almost all of them through samples and tubs. In my opinion, Tropical dragon fruit is the best, followed up by lemonade.

25g per serving and 20 servings means 500g or 1.12lb. So basically $8.92/lb

Also not sure if their flavoring improved but for other product lines their flavors have always been fairly nasty imo. This doesn't feel like a deal at all to me.

Never had this happen but I believe it as there are multiple accounts. I was very happy with $10 a tub price and have been waiting for several months for it to come around again. The best thing about this stuff is that you put it in a tub with water and you can drink it all day. No blender, no milk, non workout day if you want. Just healthy and thirst quenching either way.
