My last order in May included this clear whey isolate since I wanted to try it. Unfortunately, the order was delayed for an entire month before it was unexpectedly cancelled. I reached out to Customer Service to ask why they cancelled my order. I finally got a response a week later that said my order wasn't cancelled and they would look into it, but it's been 2 weeks and they haven't responded. I checked their site and each item was listed as in stock. Really disappointed that my 3 items got cancelled by the company and was never given an explanation.

Does this stuff mix like regular protein powder or is it more like Gatorade mix? I'm wary to make another order attempt of this stuff given the poor customer service practices.

Whey protein is naturally about 25% leucine, isoleucine and valine. This product doesn't look like it has any added BCAAs.

I ordered next day shipping because I needed it right away. They had my order on hold for over a week, we went back and forward via email for another week, they ended up saying they couldn't ship next day. I told them to ship it however they wanted since it was already too late anyway. The order was meant to be a gift. I gifted something else and kept the order for myself. I was highly disappointed in their service to the point that I no longer want to give them my money (I've been buying there for years now). Can someone recommend a company similar to this one, price and quality wise?

Got in on this yesterday based on the comments and description (no sugar). Well, the dragonfruit flavor came in today and it was sweet. I looked at the ingredients and what do you know, it has sucralose (sugar alternative, like Splenda). If you like sweet taste then get this.

Wish I looked at ingredients before ordering.

I've been using sucralose for at least a decade and recently switched over to monk fruit sweetener, which sorta sucks because it doesn't really dissolve well. Anyways, because of this switch and the fact it doesn't dissolve well, I've slowly gotten used to not having such hyper-sweet taste in smoothies and in my coffee if I have any, I just accept the low sweetness from a splash of natural sweet cream, so about less than 5 grams. I don't miss it at all now! I really think it was fkn up my liver or kidneys or something because I feel like I'm loosening up joints and any fat I have that was once tight, is now more loose and jiggly ready for burning up as fuel. Also, I definitely don't have the same gluttonous cravings I used to. Just some food for thought about the effects of fake sugar.
