My last order in May included this clear whey isolate since I wanted to try it. Unfortunately, the order was delayed for an entire month before it was unexpectedly cancelled. I reached out to Customer Service to ask why they cancelled my order. I finally got a response a week later that said my order wasn't cancelled and they would look into it, but it's been 2 weeks and they haven't responded. I checked their site and each item was listed as in stock. Really disappointed that my 3 items got cancelled by the company and was never given an explanation.

Does this stuff mix like regular protein powder or is it more like Gatorade mix? I'm wary to make another order attempt of this stuff given the poor customer service practices.

I sent them an email about 2 days ago and they replied back apologizing for the inconvenience. Order is out for delivery today.

If you're having problems, go to their website or login, click your order and it should give you an option to contact them regarding your order.

What was your cost on the 11 pounds? Because I went back and forth with them for weeks and they eventually told me a price mistake. Very frustrating.

Ok maybe I'm doing something wrong but how do you guys mix this powder?
I put some water in a shaker and a scoop of this protein. Shaked it up and it filled up with bubbles completely. It was all foam to the top😩

I put a little bit of water in first, then a scoop of powder, then fill my blender bottle all the way up. Give it a good shake for 30-45 seconds and let it settle, if you see any clumps give it another shake and let settle, but usually it mixes pretty quick for me. I'm using cold water and the lemonade powder, not sure if that matters.
