I got this in chocolate and it was bland with a weird aftertaste, so I don't recommend. Free is free though so give a try if you can take advantage of this offer. Walmart near me in SoFL carries it.

Chocolate ingredients;
Ingredients: Skim milk, milk protein concentrate, brown rice syrup, prebiotic fiber (inulin), cream, cocoa powders (natural and processed with alkali), glycerin, Nightfood mineral blend (calcium citrate, magnesium citrate, zinc citrate), tapioca syrup, cellulose gel, salt, natural flavor, cellulose gum, tara gum, guar gum, monk fruit extract, lactase enzyme, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).

I thought brave root was pretty good for what it was. Compared to other non dairy ice creams it was good.

Tbh, pretty gross ice cream. The "appeal" of Nightfood is in the name. It's purposefully less sweet than normal ice cream so you can eat it late at night without the sugar spiking your insulin levels. Not for me, but it's for free.
