I've been repeating this almost ad nauseum for other products recently, but I highly recommend looking at local used deals for things like printers, routers, and printers. If you're fine with getting refurbished there are plenty of people selling used items in good working condition for way cheaper than these refurbished "deals". I often find the popular Brother HL-L2300 models or similar style Brothers for really cheap nearby, especially around college graduation time when graduates are moving out of town. A lot of people also sell these for cheap when offices are closed down or they upgrade to new equipment.

Your 2300 takes cheaper refills or remanufactured toners, because that series requires no replacement chips (unlike the one you are buying). Yet a $10 Raspberry Pi could add wireless capabilities (and more) to that one you have.

I'm passing on this, waiting for a 2300 series, instead.

WTF...I opened this with a price showing of $69 and when I clicked on the links the cheapest was $120.

I refreshed this page and that $69 deal is not even listed anymore.
