Thanks for your post! My wife has been hounding me about upgrading some bathroom fixtures so this is perfect!

Some of these stuff are same costs as other sellers but other sellers marked these items as new so I can confidently say that some of these items are NOT on sale.

Found a close replacement for a Delta tub spout where an internal plastic piece broke on mine. New spout is $80. Worth a try for $10 to see if I can simply swap the internal part.
