Will it run on i5 7400 (3ghz), 8gb ram, gtx660 2gb? Minimum requirement Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670 2gb.

The 7400 is fine. Might frame dip hard when there's a lot of explosions and characters on screen but otherwise not bad. I used to run one before I swapped it for a 7700k, the extra 4 threads helped a lot for FC5. Your GPU will not make this an enjoyable experience. Better to play it thru GeForce Now

You should play Farcry 5 before New Dawn, and Oh, New Dawn>FarCry5. New Dawn probably has the best fighting mechanics in all the FC games.
