What do you mean by multi voltage? They will work from 110-120vac. 220-240vac is a different plug so they would never be able to be used in that voltage range anyways.
What are you talking about? Look at your chargers. They are both 110 and 220. 220 appliances can come in US style plugs as well. Sockets in countries can take multiple style plugs so you won't even need an adapter at all.

This is not a great deal. I bought a 4 pack on Amazon for $21 recently.
This one has energy monitoring, on Amazon it is $23. The ones you bought are the basic ones.

I'm in for 3. I like the idea of being able to check energy usage for only a few bucks more each. Why not?

This is a smoking deal on these plugs!
These work great with the Sense energy monitor device. I don't even use the smart plug functionality, just the energy monitoring.

Great deal on these. They supersede the HS110, which was bulkier and blocked the second receptacle of a duplex outlet. Both support energy monitoring, which as others have mentioned is the main reason these are typically much more expensive. With the Kasa app, you get remote on/off, live state reporting, timer functionality, as well as real-time, daily, weekly, and monthly energy reporting.

Further, for advanced users, they support command line access via the pyHS100 module (google it), so you can automate all kinds of stuff.

I've used many of them with Home Assistant (which uses pyHS100 under the hood) to control and monitor many things in my home for over a year without issues. The only complaint I have is they only support 2.4GHz WiFi, so I can't force them to 5GHz like most of my other WiFi devices.

A few examples of useful things with energy monitoring: if the dishwasher hasn't been run since 5pm, remind us when going to bed. If clothes are still in the washer 2hr after a load finished, remind us (no smart washer necessary). When the kids do the vacuuming, make sure it was actually on and in use for 10 minutes total and then flash certain interior lights green to let them know they're done.

A US style 220 plug is one leg of the plug up and down (vertical) and the other is horizontal.

Anyone ever plug a surge protector into one of these to see energy usage across 6+ items plugged in?
Yes, that works just fine.

Don't exceed the current capacity if the plug (15A) with the total of all the stuff you plug into it.

Also realize the control functionality will only work on all the connected devices at once and the energy monitoring will only indicate the sum of all connected devices.

If you want a surge protector with individual outlet control and monitoring, look at the HS300. You can find it on sale for $50-$60 at least a few times a year.

Much more comprehensive than SmartThings, and open source, too.

Instead of a SmartThings hub, you install Home Assistant on a Raspberry Pi or on a PC or in a container/VM if you're more advanced. Then you connect it to your LAN, and away you go. Install integrations for the devices you have, and/or buy dongles for non-Ethernet/non-WiFi devices. For example, I use a ConBeeII USB stick to let me control Zigbee devices.

No it's not. That's for 20A at 120v. US 120 and 240 have the same plug. 15A have two vertical, 20A have 1 vertical and 1 horizontal.

That sounds amazing! So that means that I have to buy Home Assistant software and then a rasberry pi to run it? Oe do they sell a hub that comes with both things like smartthings? So then to connect to zigbee and z wave devices I would still need smarttthings etc?
