Hey guys - Just a quick PSA for when these orders likely get xcled - When you call to complain, whine, threaten to never shop at HD again, yell at or say how you'll sue them, blablabla, remember that the person you're speaking to didn't cancel or decide to do so to your order. They will stick to the script. Take the 20% off your next order, free ship or whatever consolation offer they give and move on.

They aren't getting paid enough to care about your interpretation of a law or that you will never shop there again and how much you spend there. Trust this.

Should go without saying, but some of the posts here are pretty concerning...

FYI - The stock numbers on the website aren't real. If you click through the size options for this mattress, you'll see that they simply set everything to an inventory of exactly 10,000. It's unlikely that they actually bought 10,000 of each and have them sitting in a warehouse so they are likely allocated from the manufacturer as the orders come in. So, plenty of time for them to cancel since it's not like they actually have 10,000 these sitting and ready to ship.
