Hey guys - Just a quick PSA for when these orders likely get xcled - When you call to complain, whine, threaten to never shop at HD again, yell at or say how you'll sue them, blablabla, remember that the person you're speaking to didn't cancel or decide to do so to your order. They will stick to the script. Take the 20% off your next order, free ship or whatever consolation offer they give and move on.
They aren't getting paid enough to care about your interpretation of a law or that you will never shop there again and how much you spend there. Trust this.
Should go without saying, but some of the posts here are pretty concerning...
That's not true, sorry.
for sure illegal. lawsuits

You'll have a better chance of getting Johnnie Cochran back from the dead to rep you rather you getting a dime from them..maybe 20% off your next order. 🙄🙄

Dang! I placed my order with Paypal Key but received an email from HD saying my card was declined. I called HD to update the payment method and the rep said the mattress is extremely low price and I got a very good deal. I updated the payment with the same card that links to Paypal Key. It went through without a hiccup. Paypal Key sucks and I deleted it from my Paypal account right the way.

Now THAT would be illegal.
They can cancel, but they can't retro-actively charge you more.
