Hey guys - Just a quick PSA for when these orders likely get xcled - When you call to complain, whine, threaten to never shop at HD again, yell at or say how you'll sue them, blablabla, remember that the person you're speaking to didn't cancel or decide to do so to your order. They will stick to the script. Take the 20% off your next order, free ship or whatever consolation offer they give and move on.

They aren't getting paid enough to care about your interpretation of a law or that you will never shop there again and how much you spend there. Trust this.

Should go without saying, but some of the posts here are pretty concerning...

Based on the expected delivery date, HD doesn't have this stock in their warehouses. Likely to be shipped from manufacturer. So doubt it'll get honored. But please don't get upset with HD. I think they are better than Lowes and most other retailers in honoring price mistakes.

Idk if it's illegal I know I have had several stores not honor their mistakes in the past cpl years, they always did in the past
