They aren't getting paid enough to care about your interpretation of a law or that you will never shop there again and how much you spend there. Trust this.

HD absolutely promoted this price as "The Deal of the Day!" on this item with a clock ticking down and specific inventory listed.
It's almost impossible for HD to reasonably argue that this was a price mistake given this.
I bet these are coming directly from the manufacturer, so even more likely they are canceled. I can't imagine Home Depot has a warehouse full of mattresses somewhere just hoping people are on their site wanting to buy one.
Besides, and more importantly, it was an intentional, specific, promoted deal by them, for reasons I set forth above, and not a price mistake.
The coil count is also directly tied and dependent on the mattress size. Maybe the coil counts are buggy. For $176 I'll take a shot.

I ordered two, because I forgot to use the coupon code the first time, and got a notification exactly like that on the one I intentionally canceled.
The 2nd one with the coupon code applied is still alive and in process and will be delivered.

I remember having my price-mistake vanity order from HD cancelled about a year ago. That was a "deal" posted here...just like this mattress.
