Also, melatonin is best absorbed under your tongue. With that in mind, I always buy the fruit flavored pill versions.

I did the same but it was the opposite for me. I was so hyped up and jittery and never ended up going to sleep at all. Benadryl has the same effect for me so I'm probably just odd.
Now that 3mg is on sale... still too much everybody is saying take less.
Also, melatonin is best absorbed under your tongue. With that in mind, I always buy the fruit flavored pill versions.

Tons of past threads for melatonin. Seems many people in most threads say 1mg is best.
