Just picked this up at my local HD in NJ on clearance for $100. Not as good as the $55 clearance from last year but still better than reg price. YMMV.

Just because you got a better deal doesn't mean it still isn't a good deal.... I don't know why this concept is so difficult for people to comprehend.

It's just to give an idea of possible low price for people who don't need one now. Some people need a nailer now and this is a good price to get one. Other people might want a nailer but have time to wait for the best deal in which case they can use past prices as reference.

I was able to pick up one by return and rebuy. Right next to my kids summer camp in Garwood, NJ, brickseek showed 4 in stock but for $199. I picked it up and then later returned to HD near my house which showed price as clearance on brickseek and zero in stock.

At the return I told the HD associate that I want to carry that with me as there is buy 2 save 15% going on for Ryobi and I want to buy one more with this. Associate did not care even though during return it rang as $100 and I had a full price receipt.

Picked up the box and one more thing I needed from HD and checked out through self checkout for $100 plus tax!!!

Those in the area, Garwood, NJ has 3 more and Elizabeth, NJ has 4 left at $199. If you are near these stores you can try the same but please note that its YMMV as at the time of return associate may not give it to you if he/she is smart and sees $100 price.

I needed one for my weekend project so I am happy to get the deal.
