For comparison, Costco in store sells a pack of 34 pairs (68 strips total) in the large size (16 lb hanging weight) for a regular price of $14.99, making them 44 cents per pair.

This deal is for the medium size strips for 49 cents per pair.

I think this is a pretty good deal, and I'm always surprised how many uses I find for these.

This is 16 pair (so 32 individual strips). If the Sams' pack is 24 pair for $12.98, it's close to the same price, but this is still slightly cheaper (49¢ vs 54¢ unit price).

Sam's Club has 24 count for 12.98, so it's cheaper at Sam's.
🧐 How do you figure? Also, even if that were true, not everyone has a Sam's near them.

So you're saying 12 pairs at $13 is cheaper than 16 pairs at $8?

Edit: looks like Sam's is actually 24 pairs, still not cheaper though

Math problems...However, it is an excellent product as everything else made by 3M.
Good quality ( we are missing it lately with this flood of faulty products from China).

If, like me, you don't have a Costco or belong to a Sam's, well then this just might be a good deal for ya'! Wish they were the Large size with the 16lb hanging weight but in the new office I just started working in, I'm sure I can find good use for these.

Except the one at Sam's is large size. Holds more weight.

I can't say why they give out sometimes but I've been taking down anything of decent value and actually hanging them now. Too many times the command strips have just released from the wall without any sagging or hints they are not sticking anymore. Even using an excess, like hanging a 2lb frame with 4 pairs. Had a one of a kind piece of art fall yesterday after over a year in the same place. It's broken now. Could be many factors but i feel like anything I've missed hanging with commands strips is a ticking time bomb waiting to fall

3M uses a pressure sensitive adhesive. It's important to mind that "push for 30 seconds" part of the process.

Maybe give it a little extra shove into the wall during hanging might help!

I'm not surprised. I've had wall sticky products for hanging clothing, and they don't hold-up. They all eventually fall off. I would not trust these things for holding up frames.

Indeed . It think both deals are good because the one in Sam's is for large strips and the one in amazon is for medium size ones.

Not sure you actually read what I wrote but some of the items were mounted for over a year and just suddenly released and fell. I also push and hold for 60 seconds then let it sit for an hour before attaching the item with the other side of the hook and loop.
