I have 3 of these from several years ago and they're still going strong. Highly recommend.

Anyone know are these able to fit other branded tools, namely Porter Cable? Thanks

I think they are interchangeable with Black & Decker but not 100% certain

No they are not but there are slight mods you can do to make them work. Some videos on YouTube to show you how. There are also brand adapters available on eBay.

Yes Craftsman 20v will work in B&D 20v power tools. I have both.

And if they'll work in B&D 20v, you can cut off a little piece of plastic on the side and it should fit Porter Cable. I've been using Porter Cable and B&D batteries interchangeably (after the mod) for years.

Yes, also with Stanley tools and possibly DeWalt, but not Porter Cable compatible.

I'm still miffed that Stanley, Black and Decker doesnt offer replacement 60V versions of this battery. Only came with the self propelled electric lawn mower I purchased.

I'm pissed about this too, the battery stopped charging after 1 season and now the mower is junk

It may not be a dead battery, but one that went below it's charging threshold from winter storage(makes it worse if you don't store it in a climate controlled environment during winter). If that is the case, you can rejuvenate it by charging it from another capable battery for a few minutes. Here's a video for reference, unless you've already tried it.

Thanks for the reply! I haven't tried jump charging the battery yet, Craftsman has a weird controller to I need to take it apart and jump charge each bank separately: https://youtu.be/c9j6nZCG9rg

It has been easier to just use the old gas mower... But this motivates me to try fixing the battery again!
