I have the no fee version of the Chase Sapphire and got a year free of dash pass. Not bad!

No. The only decent deal here is the pickup and even that isn't great. Everything is marked up and tips will kill any savings.

There's a no fee version? I thought it was $95 for the preferred.

DashPass is also free for Southwest Chase Credit Cards just FYI you have to do it from the app and join Dash pass it will show free 1 year.

I signed up for the free trial, but I got a notification from my credit card company that they charged my card $4.99. Did this happen to anyone else?

Are you sure it's not a temporary hold to make sure that your payment method is valid?

I just chatted with customer service and the rep confirmed that they did charge my card. Thankfully he issued a refund, but I'm wondering if I'll be charged again next month

Yes. You are missing the valid dates of the coupons. HUNGRY isn't valid until 7/27.

I remember this last year, it was a total failure and all the codes went quickly, not worth it in my opinion. It just caused me headaches!

Yes, I was charged the $95 AF so I called to cancel and the guy said he could refund it and downgrade me to the "chase sapphire".

You still get a lot of the perks like the collision protection for car rentals.

Last year, I paid for the dashpass and ended up unable to redeem a single code. Every one had a limited amount, and they often ended up meeting the limit within 30 minutes to a few hours of release. Not falling for that again, not with the huge markups already on even just the base price. Not today, Satan.
