too many bad reviews. i want something 2k 30fps wireless good optics good low light that i don't have to pay for cloud but use RTSP and record to SD, if such camera exists.

Unless you already have an IP Cam server going, I would strongly urge against some random company like this. I used to have a bunch of random cameras, and it was hard to have them all tied together in a single app. Outside of TinyCam Pro for and a series of cameras that support RSTP, its going to be tough to keep all of them viewable in one place.
