As far as the water detectors go, these are great! After many small basement floods and 1 large one, I picked this up. Works great for monitoring.

I love the battery level shows in the app and that I can also use the same Govee hub for other Govee products, I use it for their Thermometer/Hygrometer. Keep one of those in the basement, one upstairs, and one monitoring my Cigar Humidor.

This thing gave good alerts for me twice. when my Kitchen faucet leaked under the sink and when my utility sink was overflowing.

I got in on these about a year or so ago at the $20 price point. These saved me a major headache 3 times with pipe leaks in my bathrooms (poor purchase choice of 3 bidet sprayers - all of whose pipes broke). I was quite impressed with the quality of these, so I went out and bought the 5-pack of additional sensors to use around the house. The audio alarm is quite loud, and the notification to the app is pretty quick. Highly recommend the product for its utility.

I stopped using 3camels due to a lot of issues. Started using Keepa. Just in case anyone else was experiencing problems with them.

These little leak sensors are great and they also broadcast leak events over 433mhz. If you are a techy nerd, you can read them with setups other than (or in addition to) their own dedicated receiver. I use home assistant with an sdr radio.

"$37.09 is not the history lowest price" is a fact, you can find it easily with Keepa or 3 camels, however, it is the lowest price within the last 3 month.
emm, it is not a great deal maybe, it is a good deal for me.
