You young whipper snappers and your standing desks. Sitting is the best part of a desk. I have bad knees so if i stand i better be getting stuff done cause after an hour on my feet i'm done. Better yet make a desk that I can use while lying down.

Backward society. I'm pretty sure these people have never had a retail job or any other job that requires standing all day and had to soak their feet every night because the pain of standing all day was so bad.

I have this and planning to buy another for my wife. This has a pre-drilled hole to use with a monitor mount. Dual monitor mount with through hole mounting hardware works for this, they have some options that can be purchased with this desk converter.

Funny you mentioned that, there are desks / workstations where you sit almost lying down, like with a dentist chair, but they are several thousand dollars expensive. Your monitors would be suspended over you so you are looking up, and the keyboard and desk surface are at a steep angle mostly pointing up.
The value in desk converters like these is more with changing positions throughout the day, not necessarily with standing up (in which case a bar table could've worked better). This is a good way to try a desk with adjustable height since it works with an existing desk and quite affordable at this price.

That's not a backward society. Standing desks work because being sedentary for 6+ hours is also bad for your health.
