I like the more neutral 5000k light. It's not so yellow like the warm light bulb in your house at ~2700k. Google says daylight is 5000k-6500k, so 5000k is the sweet spot I think. Some like that 6500k blue-ish though and I think it's technically "brighter" (marginally).

Be sure to add the flooding situation in China into your shipping time expectations.

...it's one of the most popular lights on the flashlight subreddit and is linked in their recommendation sidebar. I have one and it's excellent. So I don't think you know what you're talking about.

Very nice! Cheaper than me and I didn't get any accessories. Can you post a screeny for comparison? I'm not getting the 10% (should have taken them up on their pop-up email offer), but it still doesn't quite add up. I think the pricing for the flash light varies. I'm getting 24.50 per torch.

Note that when buying the green or blue SC31 Pro that the magnetic tailpiece is black. If the green is the same as the C01S green, then it's quite dark.

Also, those green and blue SC31 Pro lights are no longer listed as being in the flash sale, and I'm seeing a price of $21.87 without battery, which is only $0.12 less than the black one.

Which one would look like daylight bulb.
5000k. Pretty sure that's even around the temperature "day light" bulbs are. Whereas, again, the "warm" bulbs are around 3700k. That 6300k is just too blue for me personally.

I can't figure out how to do it on mobile, but I think the difference is what jj2me mentions below - that the green & blue have gone up in price a little. Mine were $22.62 before the two discounts. I also just received shipping notification though know it will be weeks.

5000k vs 6500k, which is better?
Personally i prefer 5000k, much easier on the eyes and doesn't "wash out" colors the way whiter lights do

I see there is a short tube for this light. What is a short tube and how do I use it?

You unscrew the body tube from the head and tailcap, and screw the short body tube into the head, insert an 18350 rechargeable battery, and screw the tailcap on.

An 18350 battery is a little more than half the length of an 18650, but typically 1/3 the capacity. It makes the length of the light overall a bit shorter, but I'm not sure it's a great match for this light specifically. A more compact 18650 light like an FW3A- sure, a short tube + 18350 can be fun on one of those.

Sofirn makes much much better lights than Anker.

Sofirn is a budget brand so maybe butt add good quality wise or durability, but they make great lights for the price. I like them more than olight for sure, but less than Nitecore

Much different lights. Sofrin has the SST40 vs XML2 led. SST40 is a bit brighter. Single 18650 vs 2 in the Anker. Sofrin is more of a flooding light, Anker geared more towards throwing.
