If you want to be stylish, get the Dewalts. If you want to save money and forego the fancy yellow earpieces, buy the Radians for $1.77: https://www.amazon.com/Radians-MR...B000GULTI6

Good point. Any idea what the purpose of the blue tint is?

Can anyone recommend the "best" eye protection to use for woodworking? Are these sufficient, or is there something to spend a bit more on that are better protection?

Easier to find when you misplace them?

$1.82 for mirror version of the Radians (Same mfg. as the DeWalt)

As is with clamps and 10mm wrenches, you can never have enough safety glasses.

There are full face force ventilated helmets that help a lot for sanding and lathe work. They're expensive.

My go to is a regular full face respirator with p100 or organic filters. I like it better then regular safety glass and half respirator, as that fogs instantly and still let's dust into my eyes.

I still have safety glasses, half resp, grinder shield, etc depending on the work.

How are these compared to the $4.69 3M's?

https://smile.amazon.com/3M-10078...B0771HW9TS

Great price, but for a +/- $2 difference I would like to know if one is more comfortable than the other. I have the 3M's and they're very comfy, to the point where I forget I have them on at times (I don't wear glasses normally so this is impressive). However, after a recent incident where a sliver of aluminum embedding itself in the top corner of my eyelid despite having goggles on, I'm slightly leaning towards a pair with a bit more coverage...

I've purchased and returned the Radians. I have a wider face and they were very narrow. They do not have the rubber ear pieces. I highly doubt they are really ANSI and/or UV/UVB protected - as the material felt like much cheaper plastic.
