That's fine if it's not for you. You're probably a younger than me, as well.

I'm the child of immigrants. My parents made our whole family watch Margaret Cho's All-American Girl in the 90's. I wasn't into it, and the show got canceled pretty quickly, but it was a big deal for them at the time to see an Asian American family on tv and not as token side-characters playing out race-based tropes. Representation in movies is great. It helps all kinds of people see with more fullness the humanity of people who aren't just like them.

As I moved into my 30's, a lot of the common Hollywood flash got very stale for me; now I appreciate more stories that speak directly to people's lived experience.

Seems to be $1.99 to rent as well. I liked the movie. I rented it from Redbox [redbox.com] when it first released.

You could use your Prime No Rush credits [amazon.com] to rent or buy it.

I don't really get the movie. No where as entertaining as Parasite. Won't be watching it again.

If it's cheap, it's coming to broader streaming in the next month outside of Hulu?

Who even has Hulu?

Movies that win Oscars are always boring IMO. I am a immigrant here so I live this reality every day in and out. I want to be entertained when I watch a movie not watch the same reality that I deal with everyday. No thanks!
