I had an 85 qn90a and it is great.I also have a 77 CX and was lucky enough to have both side by side in my living room before I returned the qn90a. I have 3 windows and a huge sliding glass door and honestly both TVs had no problems in the bright room. In the dark room they were both great but the CX was better. In the bright room both were great but qn90a was brighter. I personally overall like the CX better but it ain't a landslide like some people say. Both will make you happy but ultimately having Dolby vision, better contrast, and 4 HDMI 2.1s made me feel better about my choice. Either way you can't go wrong. I spent a lot of time on both TVs setting up the picture how I liked it and also found myself dimming the qn90a down And brightening the CX. Again either way you can't go wrong but I still give the nod to the CX. (I also have an Xbox series X and like that it checks all boxes). Btw no TV is perfect.

Samsung 75" Q90T OR THIS ONE? Smilie HELP

Or 75" Q90A
I bought the 90T 75 in February, and I don't have any regret. It's a beautiful TV.

We did a full send on the CX77 (and it was definitely a huge purchase for us for content) and MAN have I never regretted it. It's been the best purchase for us. I cannot speak for this tv, but I have a hard time believing it could be better than how amazing our CX77 has been. We game heavily, and it's increíble in all areas.
Why are we comparing OLED and QLED tv? It's like comparing apples and oranges. OLED technology is far superior to LED. The main issue with OLED tv is burned in. I bought the QT90, but if the OLED were at this price, then hands down, I would buy the OLED tv.

Idunno, they asked "this or the CX77" so I just gave my opinion on how AWESOME the OLED is validating your "far superior technology" hoping to help push them on the CX77 bandwagon ☺️

There was a deal ~2 weeks ago for it 2698 (https://slickdeals.net/f/15139951-77-lg-oled77cxpua-4k-uhd-smart-oled-tv-2020-model-2698-free-shipping) and now it's at Costco for 2750 (https://slickdeals.net/f/15179212-lg-77-class-oled77cxaua-aus-4k-uhd-oled-tv-2749-99-costco?src=SiteSearchV2Algo1) so I think it's time to buy the OLED! ☺️

Thanks for the sensible response. I personally like QN90A. Burn in is what makes oled a deal breaker for me. I buy top end tvs but I only buy once every 8 years or so. Oled also loses brightness over time (decay). But I agree that either tv is fine given your priorities.

Nop don't realize! This TV is garbage. But a QN90A is very comparable to OLED and in many aspect far superior to OLED. We each have our choice and the two techs have their place. I don't watch my TV in a cave (I love sunlight and I installed windows and the most clear of them more or less everywhere when I remodeled) and I am paranoid about burn in. And before you claim the burn in risk is overblown, look at extended warranty. Those professionals are driven by data points and very few of them are even willing to cover burn in.

Again, pay for a QN90A. This garbage is definitely not comparable to an OLED. And don't forget you are getting a much larger TV. I like things big
I have CX77 & Vizio P Quantum X, and they both are pretty dang great. The right 85'' comes along, I may get that. I also like things big.

Absolutely no comparison between this and a C77. I've had terrible experience with purchasing Samsung TVs/appliances, worked never recommended anyone ever getting these.

I would hold off and see if the 950L goes on sale again.

Very tempted by this but I think I'm going with the 77 CX at Costco. Hate this game!
Larger, no burn in and $400 cheaper. I bought the 85" Q80A at this price a few weeks ago.

You guys realize this garbage QLED tech is nothing compared to OLED. Right? CX at Costco is far superior to this when it comes to picture quality
You are so wrong. This TV is brighter then an OLED and won't burn in. Oh and it's 8" larger. There are pros and cons to both technologies.

Will Costco match the epp price? I'd rather get it from Costco rather then direct from Samsung

It'll be a huge bummer if they do that and as is typical for Samsung, refuse to offer Dolby Vision support.
